Notes for Registration | Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome tourists from Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam! To ensure a smooth trip to Sichuan for you, please carefully read the following notes for registration.

📌 1. Booking Process | Booking Procedure

✅ Select the Itinerary & Submit the Booking

• Choose your Sichuan tour route (such as Jiuzhaigou, Mount Emei, Leshan Giant Buddha, etc.) through our website or customer service.

• Submit the booking information, including:

✅ Tourist's name (the same as in the passport)

✅ Contact phone number and email address

✅ Itinerary departure date and the number of people booked

✅ Special needs (such as vegetarian food, additional services, etc.)

✅ Pay the Deposit | Pay the Security Deposit

• We will confirm your booking within 24 hours and provide the payment method.

• Deposit amount: 50% of the total travel cost.

• Payment methods (please choose the appropriate payment method):

✅ Bank transfer (in Chinese yuan)

✅ Alipay / WeChat Pay

✅ International credit card (a handling fee may be charged)

💡 Friendly reminder: Please send the payment voucher (screenshot or receipt) after paying the deposit so that we can confirm the order.

✅ Travel Contract for Foreigners in Sichuan | Sign the travel contract upon arrival

• After you arrive in Sichuan, we will officially sign a travel contract with you to ensure your legitimate rights and interests and service standards.

• The travel contract will clearly list the itinerary arrangements, service content, refund policy, and the rights and interests of both parties, the rights and interests of tourists.

• Collection method: We will arrange the contract signing at the airport reception point or hotel and provide an official copy of the contract.

✅ Pay the Balance | Pay the remaining amount upon arrival

• After meeting the requirements of the travel contract, you need to pay the remaining 50% of the balance.

• Balance payment method: Only cash payment (in Chinese yuan) is accepted.

• Our tour guide or local reception staff will confirm the payment with you at the airport/hotel.

📌 2. Cancellation and Refund | Cancellation and Refund Policy

🔹 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 15 days before departure: 80% of the deposit can be refunded.

• Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the deposit can be refunded.

• Cancellation 7 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable.

• If you fail to arrive in Sichuan on time without paying the balance, the deposit will not be refunded.

🔹 Special Circumstances

• If you are unable to make the trip due to **force majeure (flight cancellations, government policies, etc.)**, we will assist you in adjusting the itinerary or refunding.

📌 3. Price Inclusion and Exclusion | What's Included and Excluded?

✅ Fees Included | Price Includes

✔ Hotel accommodation throughout the journey (as specified in the itinerary).

✔ Tour bus or pick-up and drop-off service throughout the journey.

✔ Chinese/English tour guide explanation (arranged according to demand).

✔ Featured meals included in some itineraries.

❌ Fees Not Included | Price Excludes

🚫 Round-trip international transportation (tourists need to book it themselves).

🚫 Personal expenses (shopping, beverages, luggage check-in, etc.).

🚫 International travel insurance (it is recommended that tourists purchase international travel insurance by themselves).

🚫 Visa fees (applicable to Vietnamese tourists).

📌 4. Travel Insurance Advice | Travel Insurance Recommendations

💡 To ensure the safety of your trip, we recommend that tourists purchase international travel insurance from their home country before traveling and verify more comprehensive coverage by themselves.

🔹 The coverage of travel insurance within China is relatively low (up to CNY 300,000). It is recommended to choose an insurance plan that covers medical treatment, baggage loss, travel cancellation, etc.

🔹 Reminder for high-altitude travel: Altitude sickness may occur in high-altitude areas such as Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. Please ensure that the insurance covers key emergency rescue services.

📌 5. Explanation of Special Circumstances | Special Situations

📌 Visa Requirements:

• Tourists from Thailand and Malaysia can enter China visa-free (up to 30 days for Thailand and up to 15 days for Malaysia).

• Vietnamese tourists need to apply for a Chinese visa (L visa) in advance.

📌 Notes for High-altitude Travel:

• Places like Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong are at high altitudes. It is recommended to get used to the high-altitude environment in advance and avoid strenuous exercise.

• People with high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant women, etc. are not recommended to go to high-altitude areas.

📌 Reminder of Weather Changes:

• Sichuan has distinct four seasons, and the weather in some areas is changeable. It is recommended that tourists bring equipment such as raincoats and warm jackets.

1️⃣ We understand that if the itinerary is cancelled due to personal reasons (such as being late, passport/visa problems), we will not be held responsible. 2️⃣ In case of itinerary adjustment or cancellation caused by force majeure (such as weather, policy changes, traffic control), we will try our best to coordinate, but we will not bear additional compensation liability. 3️⃣ If tourists bear legal liability due to violating local laws or regulations, they shall be responsible for it themselves.
