Booking & Payment Process

Welcome to the Sichuan Tourism Butler. We provide convenient and secure travel booking services for tourists from Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Please follow the following process to book your trip to Sichuan:

📌 How to Book?

1️⃣  Select Your Tour

• Browse our website and choose the Sichuan tour routes that interest you (Jiuzhaigou, Mount Emei, Leshan Giant Buddha, etc.).

• If you need a private customized itinerary, please contact our customer service, and we will customize a trip to Sichuan for you.

2️⃣  Submit Your Booking Details

• Fill out the online booking form, or contact our customer service staff via WhatsApp / WeChat / email.

• The basic information to be provided includes:

✅ Tourist's name (the same as in the passport)

✅ Contact phone number & email address

✅ Itinerary departure date & number of people booked

✅ Special needs (such as vegetarian food, additional services, etc.)

3️⃣  Pay 50% Deposit

• We will confirm your booking within 24 hours and provide the payment method.

• Deposit amount: 50% of the total travel cost.

• Payment methods (please choose the appropriate payment method):

✅ Bank transfer (in RMB)

✅ Alipay / WeChat Pay

✅ International credit card (a handling fee may be charged)

💡 Friendly reminder: Please send the payment receipt (screenshot or receipt) after paying the deposit so that we can confirm the order.

4️⃣  Booking Confirmation

• After receiving the deposit, we will send you an official booking confirmation (electronic version).

• The confirmation includes: itinerary details, pick-up and drop-off arrangements, hotel information, notes, etc.

5️⃣  Arrival in Sichuan & Pay Balance Upon Arrival

• After arriving in Sichuan, you need to pay the remaining 50% of the balance before the start of the first day's itinerary.

• Balance payment method: Only cash payment (in RMB) is accepted.

• Our tour guide or local reception staff will confirm the payment with you at the airport / hotel and provide an official receipt.

• Our professional tour guides and local reception team will provide you with high-quality services throughout the journey to ensure that your trip to Sichuan is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable!

📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy

🔹 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 15 days before departure: 80% of the deposit can be refunded.

• Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the deposit can be refunded.

• Cancellation within 7 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable.

• In case of failure to pay the balance and failure to arrive in Sichuan on time, the deposit will not be refunded.

🔹 Special Circumstances

• In case of inability to travel due to **force majeure (flight cancellations, government policies, etc.)**, we will assist you in adjusting the itinerary or refunding.
